Archives for category: Hearts Intersect

two videos that relate to thunder power:

here we have kacynna and jeremy riffing around on an idea. this was recorded with a blackberry. a simple child’s toy was used to create that “bug’s eye view” effect. all bugs must live in a psychedelic nightmare.

here we are featured in the video called “full spectrum.” it’s for the mercedes-benz mixed-tape best-of 2010 top-10 songs, voter-picked. pretty cool. we will receive €150 for this. “take a hike” lives on and on and on.

Thanks to Joshua France for making this fantastic video for “Home Office,” a track available on our Hearts Intersect split-EP.

We played the song tonight to a warm response in Iowa City. Now we’re off to Bloomington, Indiana to reunite with TP founding member Matthew Hutton (aka My Pal Dragon). Cheers!

So we’ve had these for a while, but our split 10-inch with The 1959 Hat Co. is in stock and for sale. There are only 300 copies of Hearts Intersect in existence, and the tracks (six in all) won’t be available digitally until we sell out of the vinyl. It’s worth noting that the jackets are hand silk-screened and hand-numbered, so no two are alike!

You can purchase it at one of our upcoming shows or at the Slumber Party online store. It’s cheap like an Alfred E. Newman three piece suit.
